Refund Policy

The Parks Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If insufficient enrollment causes an activity to be canceled, participants will receive a full refund. If a participant drops out of a program before the first scheduled week of practice, a full refund will be given. Refund requests within the first 2 weeks of scheduled practices will receive a 50% refund. After the completion of the 2nd scheduled week of practice, no refunds will be given. Due to limited space, no refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the scheduled start of a camp, clinic, or lesson. To request a refund, call or stop by the RecPlex during business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Participants have 30 days after the completion of a program or activity to pick up a refund.

Facility Rental Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a facility rental, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a refund. Call or stop by the Branson RecPlex during business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Participants have 30 days after the cancellation of a reservation to pick up a refund. After 30 days, the refund will be forfeited and moved into a scholarship fund.
