How often is my drinking water tested and where can I obtain the results?

Branson water treatment facilities are manned 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Parameters for process control are continuously monitored at several locations throughout each treatment facility. Frequent scheduled sampling is performed throughout the entire water distribution system to verify that the water produced continuously meets stringent Missouri DNR and Federal EPA public health requirements. Tests which are most critical to public health are performed by a third party laboratory contracted by DNR and EPA. Combined results of water testing throughout the year can be found in the City of Branson Consumer Confidence Water Quality Report or you may call 417-243-2740 for more detailed information about the water in your specific area of the City.
