The Industrial Development Authority consists of 5 Members appointed for 6 year terms and shall be a duly qualified elector of and taxpayer in the City of Branson, Missouri. The directors shall be appointed by the governing body of the City and shall have been a resident taxpayer thereof for the one year immediately prior to his or her appointment. No director shall be an officer or employee of the City of Branson.
