  • Maintains business licensing processes for all businesses in Branson which includes merchant business licenses, contractors licenses, cigarette licenses, liquor licensing, various permits and fees
  • Cash management


  • Collects all taxes, including cigarette taxes and tourism taxes
  • Enforce licensing ordinances
  • Enforces state law and city code regarding city procurement practices
  • Maintains city's procurement process and system
  • Purchasing
  • Tax collections
  • Utility billing

The Finance Department is also responsible for the city’s Risk Management functions.
