Branson Police Remind Drivers of Street Closures for Wednesday’s Veteran’s Day Parade

The Branson Police Department will close several streets to normal traffic in downtown Branson on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the Veteran's Day Parade.

Streets closed to normal traffic during this time include:

  • Branson Landing Blvd. (From the Traffic Circle to Long St.)
  • Main St. (from MO 76/Veteran's Blvd to Branson Landing Blvd)
  • Sycamore St. (from Long St. to Oklahoma St.)
  • Commercial St. (from Veterans Blvd. to Branson Landing)

Branson Police officers will be stationed along the parade route for public assistance and have developed a traffic control plan to minimize the impact of the parade on businesses along the parade route. 

The parade route circles the entire "downtown" area and anyone parked inside those closures will not be allowed on the closed roads until the parade is over. Drivers are asked to slow down and drive with caution due to the increased amount of pedestrians that will be in the area.
