Please enjoy our facility. Parent please remember, there is absolutely NO safe substitute for close parental supervision. Our lifeguards are there to enforce pool rules and to respond to emergencies. You are responsible for your children!

1)	No carry in food, drinks, coolers, glass products or chewing gum allowed.
2)	ONLY COAST GUARD APPROVED JACKETS WILL BE PERMITTED. NO FLOTATION devices such as “floaties,” inner tubes, etc. will be permitted in the pool.
3)	Children under 9 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 16 years or older.
4)	Swim Diapers are required for all children age 2 and under and for all other non-toilet trained children. Swimmers not wearing diapers will be asked to exit the swimming area until a swim diaper is part of their attire. Swim diapers are available for sale at the concession.
5)	Change diapers in designated changing stations located in the Family, Women’s, or Men’s Locker rooms. All patrons must use the restroom facilities.
6)	Children unable to swim must be accompanied in the pool by an adult, who must be within arm’s reach, providing touch supervision at all times.
7)	Parents please note that in order for your children to be allowed in the diving well, all children MUST pass a swimming test conducted by the lifeguard staff. Children who are non-swimmers WILL NOT be permitted in the diving well at any time.
8)	Children under 48” in height are not permitted to use the large water slides.
9)	Smoking or use of tobacco products is not permitted within this facility.

Locker Rooms/Family Changing Room
Locker rooms are provided for your convenience. Just bring your own lock to use the lockers. Lockers cannot be left locked over night. The Branson Parks & Recreation Department is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Youth who are 5 years of age or older must use the appropriate locker room and must have adult supervision. A Family Changing room is available for parents to use as an alternative.

The Pool will be Closed on Saturday, July 21 & Sunday July 22 for the Branson Waves Swim Meet.  A night swim will be offered on July 21.

Group Rate During Open Swim
Youth Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a group rate of $3.50 per youth during all scheduled open swim times. Groups are encourages to call the park office one week in advance in order to receive group rates. A group contact needs to be set up prior to your first visit. All groups are required to be adequately supervised.

Private Party Rental
Why not rent the aquatic center for a special party or group? Private rental of the pool is available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm in June and July and 6:00-8:00pm in August.  Two weeks prior notice is required and rental rates vary according to the number of people in your party.  For up to 50 people, the rental rate is $280 with a resident discount of $250.  For over 50 people, the rate is $350 with a resident discount rate of $300.

The Branson Parks & Recreation is seeking individuals to join the Aquatic staff. Opportunities exist for instructors and lifeguards. Please call the park office for more details.

Poor Weather
The pool will be cleared for lighting, rain or threatening weather conditions. After 20 minutes, the weather conditions will be checked. If any of the threatening conditions are present the pool will remain closed and will be assessed every 20 minutes after the pool is cleared. Threatening weather conditions lasting longer than one (1) hour may warrant the closing of the pool for the day. Rain checks will be issued if the pool is officially closed or the pool is in a weather delay for one continuous hour and are good until the end of the current season. We reserve the right to close the pool due to lack of occupancy. Patrons will be given 30 minute notice when this policy is administered. The policy is administered at the discretion of the pool manager.
